Inspire yourself with this cool ViralUrl email headlines

As I’ve said before, ViralUrl messages are the perfect place to test different headlines and improve your copywriting skills.

Today, this quick post will hopefully inspire you to write cooler, more effective headlines, like these ones:

1. Fw: F5M -MC #3 M/R1

What would you do if you saw this headline on your inbox? I was really intrigued by it – so I opened it. Tons of people must’ve done the same.

It turned out to be some MLM stuff… but great headline.

2. Twitter – I have over 100K Followers!

With such a bold declaration, this headline grabbed my attention because I instantly doubted it.

It turned out the guy was selling an automated twitter follow tool – I didnt check his twitter account, but the headline worked.

3. Mike Dillard’s magic pixie dust… Thanksgiving Special

Here’s a great use of humor and seasonality that really drives clicks – I opened to see exactly what the promotion was, and it was for a copywriting product of Mike Dillard’s.

I didnt know about this discount, and it really captured my attention. Great job!

4. Fre.e Content For Your Blog, Website, and Ebooks

Remember that I told you the best way to reach ViralUrl users is with training that can help them in their own businesses?

This headline does exactly what I meant: it’s giving me free content, ready to go on to my blogs or whatever.

Excellent way to capture an opening!

5. Where will YOU be in 5 Years from Now?

Usually, emotional headlines work very well. This one has some grammatical errors, and the confusing CapItal letters kind of ruin it, but it still has a lot of punch.

Addressing a prospects’ fear is just as effective as addressing a possible benefit – sometimes even more – and it’s a great copywriting trick.

What did you think of these headlines?

How are they compared to yours?

Let me know what you think – post your comments!

How Does ViralUrl Stack Up Against Other List-Builders?

ViralUrl tops any other ListBuilder out there

ViralUrl tops any other ListBuilder out there

Of course, if you’re looking to purchase a list-builder account like ViralUrl, you’ve already done some research. You know who the top players are and luckily, you know what they offer in terms of response.

WRONG!

You dont have any way of knowing what their response is – none of them offer tracking capabilities. Not even ViraUrl system mailer offers any data related to your submissions.

But you can use other people’s results as data, right?

As arguable as that is, it seems like the best way to get an idea of what these services offer. So to help you out in this tough research, here is the data I’ve collected over the past 6 months:

best list building services

ViralUrl

By far the most effective system, VU charges $197 per YEAR to mail 3000 members every 3 days.

Their system has the lowest spam blockage of all list builders I’ve tried, and I’m currently experiencing a 7-12% clickthrough with VU.

Downline Builders Direct

$197 Yearly or $77 Monthly to mail 20,000 every 3 days.

This one is newer, but has cool features:

You’re allowed to mail 500 members with a free membership.

And
a paid membership lets you mail to a full 20,000 members every 3 days!

List Bandit

$197 Yearly to mail 3000 random members, plus a unique number of bonus members, every 3 days.

Also special advertising to members within the site that enables you to plug subscribers straight into your autoresponder

List Auction

$197 to mail to 3000 every three days.

List Joe

$197 to mail 3000 members. Has a big name in the industry, but lots of bad reviews.

As you can see, I haven’t done very specific data-gathering, but I’ve researched all of those and I still use some of their free services.

My point is very simple – ViralUrl is by far the most complete, and most professional one. All of the other services have extremely high rates of SPAM blockage. (and they dont offer free affiliate link cloaking )

How To Build A List Of Buyers With ViralUrl

Line up buyers and build an active list with ViralUrl

Line up buyers and build an active list with ViralUrl

Dont be scared but I have to say it: You need to have at LEAST one landing page that converts well to be an internet marketer.

Now, a lot of people think building a landing page is already a big deal – making it convert then is like building the pyramids again. So here’s the trick: it doesnt have to be your OWN page, it can be somebody else’s!

When using ViralUrl for affiliate marketing, or when doing any affiliate marketing at all, combining list-building in the mix is the smartest long-term move.

So here we go – to build a big list of buyers:

1. Create Your Own Landing Page

Start with a uber-basic design like this one

Dont worry about design until you get the copywriting to work. That means when you send people to an ugly looking page like this one, they still sign up. Once you reach that point, you can then invest more time into making it more professional-looking.

2. Use An Affiliate Landing Page

Nice folks like Mike Dillard and Charles Heflin provide landing pages for you to send prospects and build a list – it may not be the perfect option (they’re signing up for their programs, not yours), it takes a TON of responsibility out of you. No autoresponders, no emails to write, no sales funnel to set up.

Since replicated pages like the ones offered by affiliate products work terribly for ppc, they’re PERFECT FOR VIRALURL!

3. Always Send ViralUrl To Landing Pages

On my viralurl review I showed how you can produce at least 10 leads per viralurl email – that means in a month you can produce 100 leads. That’s 1200 leads per year – and if you calculate a 5% conversion, that’s 60 sales (on a $20 commission – $1200).

NOT TO MENTION – whenever I send a new lead to my magnetic sponsoring landing page, I make an average of $7. Which means having 1200 leads on your system increases your monetization opportunities tenfold!

So there you have it:

Send your viralurl emails to landing pages, and just watch your list grows (and screw Google along the way ;)
